Yup; this messes up a few of my drivers that use html tables to display info.
Chat with them or call them

I have 2 Kwikset 914 model locks.
I had the Legacy drivers and migrated / enrolled / installed them. I purchased the new driver package and enrolled / installed them as well.
However, I can not select any drivers. When I attempt Select Different Driver, it only says ‘No results found’.
How can I correct this?
@RBoy: I am looking for availing your services for a custom driver development. Could you pls let me know whom should I reach out to?
@maddie: I had sent the details on the support email ID and did not receive any response. Appreciate if you can help. Thank you.
I was reviewing my smart things stuff. And I was wondering: where can I look at codes and if I needed to how do I change codes? … Because it doesn’t seem I could add or change codes on my app; and I don’t see an option on Advanced Settings on the account website (at least, not an intuitively accessible one, like a entry table or something. Every detail seems to be separate from one another, i.e. user slot, username, user code).
Looking at codes is dependent on the driver and whether your lock supports S2 security and is paired with your hub at that level. The driver from @RBoy displays the code slot, code name, and (if available) code in the mobile app in the device details panel. Other drivers require you to do driver logging to see the codes being returned by the lock.
Changing codes can be done in the mobile app using Smart Lock Guest Access (SLGA) which is available to install from the Life tab. You can also change codes in the ST Advanced Web App or the ST CLI.
I deleted SLGA before I figured out how to update to March 15 version.
I just reinstalled SLGA, and I don’t see the option to change code, except to delete.
On Android, Lock Codes is on the 3 dot menu of SLGA. Then select “Invite Guest” to add a new code
There is no option to change an existing code in SLGA, only in the AWA or the CLI.
The driver was updated after ST broke the mobile app HTML. See this post and check that you’re subscribed to the 2024 channel on our website and it’s now readable text from the SmartThings web app.
Okay, thanks. I’ve deleted the referenced post to avoid confusion.
I remember your earlier post now; I just somehow missed the bit about having to subscribe to a new channel. Of course, my original point in the deleted post still stands, as users still can’t see their codes in the device presentation because of the limits imposed by SmartThings. But your “fix” it does make it easier to read in the SmartThings Advanced Web App, which I guess is as good as we’re going to get, given the circumstances. Still disappointing, though.
AWA … CLI … what are they?
The ST Advanced Web App and the ST CLI. Use the GUI command “main:lockCodes:setCode” in the AWA or “smartthings devices:commands” with the main:lock codes:setCode command in the CLI. updateCodes might also with, but I didn’t recall if that command just changes codeName vs the actual code slot value.
Universal Enhanced Z-Wave Plus Lock Driver - v20240716
- (Enhancement) Improved security, report all invalid codes/fob’s in device history (for locks which report over z-wave, some locks do not report it).
- (Enhancement) Improved support for RFID fobs
Please make sure that your lock is within 20ft of a buffering device/repeater for best performance and reliability.
NOTES
- This version of the enhanced driver is only available via the new platform Drivers license (refer to website for details). If you have an active subscription, the new driver will be automatically pushed to your hub within 24 hours
- Refer to the previous release notes for more driver details. New features are not available in the Legacy Migration drivers.
- See the first post for a full list of available features by lock/model
- The latest SmartThings iOS mobile app now cuts off the text after the second line so not all user codes are visible. See the FAQ page for details on how to view the programmed codes

@RBoy , I subscribed to your driver updates late July of last year. These driver updates should be automatically pushed to the hub, correct?
I see that the RBoy driver on my lock hasn’t updated since the January driver release.
Can I expect this latest July update to go in automatically, or is something amiss?
Thanks.
Check that you’re subscribed to the latest channel on our website. Re-subscribe to channel if needed, sometimes it helps if updates aren’t getting pushed.
I had to resubscribe to rejigger the driver updates to work
Thanks. That worked.
And thanks @Angell_T
Hi, I bought the Universal Enhanced Z-Wave driver for my Kwikset 888 lock. The lock is installed 12 feet from the hub. The lock shows up in smartthings, but has no functionality. I’ve followed the FAQ procedures, but they didn’t fix the issues.
Is there anything that I can do to get this to work? The lock functions perfectly outside of smartthings. This driver works no better than the smartthings beta driver I tried first and I’ve cleared the cache as suggested.
