I get this error when using the Smartlock Guest access app. My lock is visible in the SmartThings app and I can lock and unlock it. Any suggestions

SmartThings has dropped programming support for this lock model because of a bug in the lock firmware.
If you want to program the lock through SmartThings try this device handler which has a fix/workaround for the firmware bug (and also adds more features for this lock). You can find more details about it here:
