this is most likely how the hardware works and we are not going to fix this behavior.
@veonua
Seems to me that in 5 click you receive:
AttributeId: 0x8000, DataType: Uint8, Uint8: 0x80
which is un-handled and therefore and error appear.
While in 4 clicks you received
AttributeId: 0x8000, DataType: Uint8, Uint8: 0x04
which translated to 4 clicks.
You can find this in the Log I attached
Can you please check ?
Suffering from the same issue.
I have two buttons and both of them showing “Online” state and appears as “Standby” while in fact when clicking the button nothing happens (not even a log).
After it happened for the first time with one of the buttons I deleted the button and readded it, for now this one works but in less than 24 hours the second one started to behave in the same way.
@veonua can you please check it out?
Worth to mention I found that the value for provisioningState is “NONFUNCTIONAL” for the disconnected button while the other one is “FUNCTIONAL”.
If there is nothing in logs , most likely your connectivity is poor. try to bring the device closer to the hub. And add more repeaters to your network, there is a good thread on how to connect Aqara devices.
The disconnected device is located about 1.5 meter from a zigbee repeater and worked great for about 24 hours. There are other sensors that connect with this repeater and I don’t have any issues with them.
Other than that the other button that I have lost its connectivity while I played with it about 2 meters from the hub.
It’s either the reception of this sensors are really bad or there is another problem…
The reason I suspect your driver is due to the fact the sensor doesn’t become offline like any other sensor that loose its connection.
It will remain on “Standby” but nothing seems to affect it.
please find the thread, there are many know hows.
Brings up this one. I use your driver with some aqara double rocker’s. Is it possible to add the function to separate the buttons into 2 tiles, like @Mariano_Colmenarejo has in his z-wave switch and child driver?
I answered this question before. unfortunately there are no developers who can implement this feature. I do not use the ST app, only integrations
Hi @veonua
Can you please the following Aqara Remote:
Manufacturer: LUMI
Model: lumi.remote.acn003
Can you please also add:
Both devices added to fingerprints in v1.9.4
But I have neither a chance nor time to map the clusters to ST functions, so it will or will not work in the default mode.
Could you help me with it (I have Zigbee ID: lumi.remote.acn003 - Aqara WXKG16LM)?
This is my CLI report (PLs download TXT file):
Thanks!
as far as I can see it registers a single and double click fine.
The battery and signal report comes way too often, which can cause a battery drain.
But maybe you didn’t give the device a chance to get into a power-safe mode
But there is a problem all the time: I make a click on the button and always shown me Standby mode only…
No automation is properly performed.
thanks for the drivers, it was working well for my device, however i notice that recently, some of my WXKG01LM] buttons are not working all of a sudden. They have no pressed logs.
They are within range as some of the wall switches and buttons are further than the failed ones.
Smartthings released a new firmware update recently, causing one of my Zigbee repeater plugs to go offline. I attempted to resolve the issue by restarting the hub and power cycling the affected devices.
Hi again @veonua
I would really appreciate it if you try to update your driver to receive the Aqara WXKG16LM device successfully. I would greatly appreciate it!
Thank you!
If you could make the necessary changes to the driver to receive the Aqara WXKG16LM device successfully, I would be more than happy to review and merge your changes into our main codebase. You may use GitHub for these revisions directly.
Once the changes have been merged, I will make sure that they available in the channel shortly.
@veonua
I’m not good at software code at all.
I’m just a simple fan of the smart home…
If you can and with your permission of course - add the necessary code to make me happy - I’d be very grateful.
In any case, you don’t have to at all and I already thank you for your great contribution to the smart home community!
We now have a happy costume holiday, so we wish you a happy holiday!
Hi @veonua
I am looking for driver for Aqara Motion Sensor. Your driver is mentioned few times as nice working, but I cannot find it in your channel. I have installed all drivers available, but none of them applied to my Aqara Motion Sensor:
- Aqara Cube
- Zigbee Contact
- Zigbee Water Leak/Smoke Sensor 1.7
- Xiaomi Plug
- Ikea Window 1.1
- Aqara/Xiaomi Temperature 1.3
- Xiaomi/Aqara Switch and Button v1.9.4
- Charger
- LAN Nanoleaf
- Xiaomi/Aqara Blinds 1.
- MQTT Handler V1.4
Any ideas what am I doing wrong?
