Dome DMS01

Hi,

Has anyone had any trouble connecting new DMS01 Dome Sirens to SmartThings hub v3. for the life of me I cannot connect. I have tried factory reset, exclusions, reboots, etc. I have a new hub coming tomorrow, so I can try that one.

Or does anyone know of a similar battery siren that works more easily?

Thanks, I think I have figured it out. I purchased from UK Amazon, but it shipped from the US, so I assume this was a US frequency and not compatible…. I have ordered an EU equivalen,t so we will see
