Hi,
I’m looking for a way to dismiss a triggered alarm by STHM automatically, when the status of STHM is changend.
E.g., STHM Status Armed (Away), I return to my home and the motionsensor triggers the alarm (in my case a virtual siren to realize a alarm delay), then I change the status of STHM to Disarmed (using a keypad, virtual siren off).
The issue is, that the history in recognized activities in STHM is not deleted and “sirenes activated” stays shown, until I dismiss the triggered alarm in the history usinig the Dismiss Button in the STHM by app.
While I don’t have done this, no new alarm gets triggered, even when the status of STHM is changed to Armed Away.
I would like to dismiss the alarm-events e.g. by routinies, etc.
Any hints?
Best regards,
Matthias
You can configure a delay in STHM itself:
When I accidentally trigger the alarm, I just switch to disarm and everything is back to normal.
I have an additional routine that turns off all sirens when the STHM status is switched to disarmed.
Hi Andreas,
I know, that there is a delay function in STHM itself, but I’m using a Ringkeypad gen2 to change the status of STHM and the keypad has an Entry-Delay function (Countdown) which is triggered by the virtual siren, because STHM is unable to trigger the entry-delay of the keypad directly.
If the countdown ends, the real alarm routine will start (triggered by the virtual siren activity of more then a minute), if STHM is disarmed (using the keypad or the app) during the countdown the virtual siren is set to off and the STHM disarmed.
Is there a way to delete the alarm history in STHM using a routine or something?
Best regards
Matthias
