Dimming calibrating? (Dim GE links below app limit?)

I have the ge linked bulbs and they seem to work fine, but I would like to dim the lights more than the app allows … Is there a way to adjust this ?

If you have RM or the new CoRE. SmartLighting might let you set down to 1% as well? Honestly don’t recall since I haven’t used it since, well, ever.

I find 1%, 10%, and 100% worked well for most situations.
