I’ve managed to get the Aeotec MultiSensor 6 Model ZW100-C to be recognised by the SmartThings app/hub but it only gets installed as a “SmartSense Moisture” Thing. I can’t seem to get it to be recognised as a 6 sensor device, and in particular it offers no motion detection.
I’ve read other posts here for earlier similar devices (with different model numbers) and I’ve tried re-booting the sensor by holding the small press switch on the back until the coloured lights go through their sequence of blue/orange/red. I’ve also removed the device using the graph.spi.smartthings.com facility and then reinstalled it.
When I select Connect New Device from the app and then briefly press the switch on the back of the sensor, the green light very quickly illuminates steady and the device is detected by the app/hub. But it only presents the sensor as a moisture detector.
Is there any advice on how to get this sensor to connect properly and allow its full potential to be used?
