My apologies, I meant to say the edge system in my previous post. My hub has quite a few drivers involved including one that’s in use for the other smoke detector that’s the same. It’s a smoke detector driver. But I don’t have the option to use that one.

Count the number of drivers and post that number. You can find them in the app in the hub tile or you can use the Advanced Web App . It is possible that too many drivers installed can lead to issues. Also check the fingerprints in the device and see if it matches up with the properly connected one
