I noticed today that I have two devices showing offline both in the App and IDE. Even though they show off line I can still turn them on & off. I pulled the batteries in the hub and power cycled it without any success with the offline status. Not sure where to look next. Has anyone run into this problem?
Quite common, hit the refresh button and they should come online. Plus there’s an ongoing outage about device health which may be impacting it.

Went to specific devices in IDE and selected edit. Then hit update and went back to my device list did a page refresh and now showing online. Thanks for the help.
