I have the WD500Z-1 and I am wondering if anyone has made a device type that will change it from dimmer to basically switched. I don’t care for the ramp up/down speed and want them to be instant on/off or much closer to that. Buying new switches is not really the proffered option being I already own these.
should work fine by replacing the device type in the IDE with the stock zwave switch type.
I think it is a confiuration in the switch it self. It does the ramping regardless if it is set to any z-way or just a standalone unpaired switch.
