Device missing from Smartthings App but nowhere else

Hi all,

I have a strange problem. I have a Zigbee 2 gang lightswitch which I added via the developer account. I showed up in the Smartthings app and can turn on and off the lights and have added it into Amazon Alexa as well.

All of a sudden one of the switches (the parent not the child) as disappeared from the smartthings app on my iPhone. The really odd thing is it still exists in the Developer portal AND Alexa still sees it and can turn the lights on and off. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the smartthings app but its still not there.

any ideas welcome.

Loads of us with similar problem. Solution for now appears to be rename the affected devices in Groovy IDE that should make them appear online again, then rename back to how they should be.
