I’m new to the smartthings community having only just set up my starter kit.
So far its all been a really great experience, everything has set up easily. The only draw back I have encountered so far is my Danalock battery has drained from 90% to 1% in less than a week(The battery should last for months) and the only change is the connection to the smartthings hub.
Has anyone else had problems with smartlocks and battery drains?
YES!!! Im having the same issue.
The Danalock was working great, then after 6 months, the lock would only move for a split second when pressed, rather than turning the entire 90 degrees.
So I replaced the batteries, and it worked great for about 3 or 4 days, then it exhibited the same low battery behavior.
Please help if your figured out this problem.
