Couldn't connect to SmartThings energy

i can’t access to monitor energy usage and save energy with above message. Any idea?

Same here! In the menu, it shows that I spent thousands of dollars this month, when I click into the page, it says “Couldn’t connect to SmartThings Energy”

Could you let us know if you’re still experiencing this error, please?
If you are, then we need the following info to report it to the engineering team:

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
  1. Try to enter SmartThings Energy again and take note of the time of the attempt and share it with us including the timezone. For example, 14:00 GMT-6

I have this issue also. It started about two days ago. In the menu, it shows that I spent thousands this month, but when I click into the page, it says “Couldn’t connect to SmartThings Energy”.
Note:
I have used the same email in this forum as I use in the SmartThings app
I have enabled data access “until I turn off”
I have retried and get the same error
Time is 04:37 Bangkok time

Having the same problem, enabled access data.

yes. the problem persists.

Just tested again, it seem okay now.

I want to let you know that the “SmartThings Energy” was restored this afternoon. Everything seems to be functioning now.

In the SmartThings app you can report the issue by following these steps:

Hi, having the same issues and your path to raise an error report isn’t the same as my smart things app, so I can’t even do it that way

You should have the option of “contact us” in the Menu, but do you have a Samsung device? In that case, it sends you to the “Samsung Members app”, if this is your case, you need to click on “Send feedback” > click on the arrow icon at the bottom-right corner and select your issue on the next page.
