I am trying to connect an osram lightify bulb color bulb to a smartthings hub. I am trying to replace a wink hub. I deleted the bulb from the wink and I got the I’m reset color flash. Then I started doing the add procedure.
It flashes white three times, then nothing. I wait a long time and the app times out.
I do the reset procedure and get the color flash, then I tell smart things to connect to the bulb and get the white flash, then the timeout.
I did the above 3 or 4 times. It gets to the timeout and hangs. No device is added to smartthings. How should I proceed?
