Connecting Bose SoundTouch to SmartThings

Hello everyone, I’ve got SmartThings setup and working with a number of devices and today tried connecting my Bose SoundTouch system to SmartThings. I followed the instructions here:

And the SoundTouch system is not discovered. I let SmartThings search for the device for about 25 and over that entire time the below came through on the logs:

HI @Pleasant30, An alternative its to use RELEASE Generic Media Renderer (DLNA Speakers). Cheap Sonos Alternative (Update V2)

@ule thanks for the suggestion. In that link it talked about some router settings that could cause an issue with device discovery. That did the trick! Connected in 10 seconds once the router was configured correctly.
