I live in Mexico and I just bought the Connect Home Pro hub for my house. I downloaded SmartThings app (mexican version) on my iPhone and followed the quick start guideline. However, I cannot connect the hub with my phone.
Any ideas whether I can use the Connect Home Pro in Mexico?

you need the “new” app “smartthings connect”, not classic. after initial setup you can use classic app
