Connect Home Pro after factory reset, looking for DTH

Had to Factory reset the connect home pro. Prior to reset, I was able to get into settings and change the router to “bridge”.
After reset I see the WIFI router in the app, however can’t go in to change to “bridge” mode, it say “can’t connect”
I have open ticket with support and now the issue is escalated to level3.
BUT, Im looking on the device handler in IDE and wondering if it is the right one. Mine says “samsung OCF cell router”.
However has the Connect Pro, can you, please tell me what DTH used there?
