I use a socket from Tyua when I connect the outlet to the smart thing its show me that the outlet is compatible but not certified in my country even that is connected with smart thing but the device doesn’t appear on smart thing is there anyway to solve that
Not all Tuya devices work with SmartThings. Tuya supports their integration, so it would probably be best to ask them.

You can search across all certified devices and systems for the entire catalog. … System search does not support the D & U status field.
