Following as I have the same problem. Recently installed the Lutron hub, linked services with ST, added the switch but ST does not seem to update very quickly the status if the switch is used manually/physically.
I have the same issue. Smart Things doesn’t seem to notice if I switch lutron devices in the lutron app, or (a bigger issue) on the physical switch. Makes certain automations impossible, and the general status of devices inaccurate. Any resolution or is that just the reality of Lutron Casetta?
My much cheaper Kasa switches don’t have this problem and can trigger a Smart Things routine in a few seconds.
