Trying to add my device in smart things, but many times look on error 31-210
Try these steps
When adding a device to my WiFi network, I get a message that the device is registered in another country. And then the process aborts, indicating error 31-210 and a recommendation to contact support.
I sent the first request there with a screenshot more than a month ago
SmartThings App, menu, contact us, error reports, couldn’t add device, robot cleaner, qr code yes/no, fill form, send.
Done!
But it’s not a first time ![]()
