Cant log into IDE or reset password?

So I’m trying to log into the IDE for the first time in a while and it keeps telling me wrong password.

I tried to send myself a password change link and an email never comes but I get the hub update emails fine so it’s the right email address…

I am effectively locked out?

Samsung login or SmartThings login?

Do you start at https://account.SmartThings.com ?

Got it figured out, looks like a VPN in the background was causing connectivity issues. Thanks though!
