I live in Canada and I have an Aeotec hub. I cant find Lutron hub/caseta switches in my ST app. I need to mention that the Lutron hub is already set up and works fine with all the switches in mg home. How can I find it in the partner devices list?

What’s and best and fastest way to contact the technical support? It seems Samsung Smartthings customer support sucks and there is no direct way to chat or talk to somebody.
It’s resolved. In my Samsung account, I just changed my country to Canada and after some minutes, it got fixed. Now it shows the Lutron in the list.
