Can't find Lutron hub in ST app

I live in Canada and I have an Aeotec hub. I cant find Lutron hub/caseta switches in my ST app. I need to mention that the Lutron hub is already set up and works fine with all the switches in mg home. How can I find it in the partner devices list?

You tried Add Device->Partner devices and didn’t see Lutron?

The Lutron integration is at the account level, not the hub level. I don’t know if it’s region locked for Canada, I haven’t heard that before. But if it’s not…

Start with “add a device.”

Choose “partner devices“

Now you will see a list of partners. It’s alphabetical. Go down to Lutron and select that.

You will now be asked to sign into your Lutron account to connect the two services.

Even after linking, you will never see the Lutron hub in your SmartThings account. But you will see the individual switches and smart plugs. :sunglasses:

Yes. I did not see Lutron in my device list

Perhaps that cloud integration is not supported in your region.

No way. Why should it be likd that? How can I get more info?

I read in other post that sometimes the region and server is set incorrectly and they should fix it. But I have no idea where I should contact!

What’s and best and fastest way to contact the technical support? It seems Samsung Smartthings customer support sucks and there is no direct way to chat or talk to somebody.

In the app, tap on Menu and select Contact us. All contact methods available in your region will be shown there.

It’s resolved. In my Samsung account, I just changed my country to Canada and after some minutes, it got fixed. Now it shows the Lutron in the list.
