I can’t download controller for my Samsung soundbar or music frame. It just says “Try again later”.
I’ve tried:
- Deleting and adding the devices
- Resetting wifi
- Restarted phone

I’ve got the same thing for my soundbar. All was working ok, until last night I need to change to night mode, and it tried to download a controller without success.
I’ve rebooted the soundbar, removed from the app, added again.
Tired WiFi and mobile network on the phone.
Nothing worked.
The only thing that still works is power on off the soundbar via the smartthimgs app.
Any other actions on the app tries to download the controller and fails.
This is frustrating

Does anyone know how can we make Samsung aware of these issues and make them look at them?
in the SmartThings app, tap on Menu and select Contact us and select Error reports

I found a solution.
I’ve uninstalled and installed again the smartthings app.
The controller was installed this time, and I’m now able to control the soundbar.

Issue resolved itself. I did NOT reinstall the app. I did open a ticket via the app to provide feedback. It always felt like a server issue.
