Can't connect new Schlage Smart Lock (Z-Wave) with Aeotec Hub?

Hi,

I’m having the same issue that others have posted above regarding connecting my new Schlage smart lock (Z-Wave) with the Aeotec hub.

Each time I try to connect my new Schlage Smart Locks (Z-Wave) that I purchased, the SmartThings app does not find the locks. I tried scanning the QR code on the Schlage lock, scanning nearby devices within the app, or manually adding the device through the app and nothing worked.

What else can I try to get this working properly?

I have the SmartThings hub at a different location and I had no issues connecting it to my Schlage lock there, but can’t seem to figure this out with the new Aeotec hub.

Try pairing the lock right next to your hub.
