First time trying to use the new ios app; was using classic before. I previously did not have any rooms. When i try to add my first new room i get an error “No network connection. Connect to a network and try again.”
Oddly the app still can turn my lights on an off. The app says its connected to my hub. My other apps are connecting fine.
I just logged into the IDE on my desktop and it shows 15 different rooms that arent showing up in the app… Also the rooms i tried to add in the new app show up in the classic app but not the new app.
Is your hub listed in your device list of the new app?
After working with ST support we figured out that somehow my account was erroneously listed as being in the UK. I had to delete my account and setup everything from scratch and now everything is working properly.
