Cannot view video from SmartThings App

I have several Arlo Pro camera and Samsung Smart Cam. Those have added to my SmartThings app. I can use Arlo and Smart Cam apps to see the video without issues. However, I couldn’t see the video from SmartThings app. It indicates those device are not connected. Particularly, I can turn on and off the Samsung Smart Cam from the SmartThings app. But I can’t see the video. Any ideas?
