Arlo Camera in ST app

Hey everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Arlo cameras in the SmartThings app, and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice. Two of my Arlo cameras suddenly stopped connecting in the SmartThings app. They show up as connected, but I can’t press play or view the live feed at all.

The strange part is that it’s only happening with two of the cameras—my other Arlo cameras are working perfectly fine in the app. I’ve tried rebooting the cameras, checking the network connection, and even removing and re-adding them to SmartThings, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Click on the three dots and check if the controller versions are different between the working and the non-working cameras.

Controller version is the same on working cameras on non-working cameras I do have to other cameras in other location. They are working fine with the same controller.


iOS/Android? App version? Restarted the phone?

IOS. App Version 1.7.19. Restarting phone doesn’t change anything.

I figured it out. The blank space across from “OnOff” once you press the camera turns on! it’s weird bug.
