Can these devices run local?

I know this is a long shot but does anyone know if the following device DTH’s can be changed to run local? If yes, which DTH do you use?

Zooz Zen 700 series switches & dimmers
Zooz Zen34 battery remote
Leviton fan speed controller (ZW4SF-1BW)
Eric dimming remote switch (81825 ?)
Minoston z-wave dual on/off plug (MP20Z)

The Zooz 700 series can is you use the default SmartThings Generic z-wave dimmer/switch handlers. But then you lose the multi tap button push functions
