Can SmartThings make a color loop with Philips Hue bulbs?

I see that IFTTT and some apps can turn Philips Hue bulbs on with color loop. I wanna know can SmartThings can do it or not?

Did you ever get an answer to this? With IFTTT making me pay for it now, I’d love to get this functionality though smartthings another way
