Bug in the Smart Home Monitor App - Set response Send text recipients disappear

I’m seeing another significant bug in the Smart Home Monitor app. For each module, security, smoke and leaks I’ve setup a response and one of the action in the Set response is to send a text to 4 recipients from my contact address book.

Every few months I notice that the recipients list is blanked out and reset. I select the contacts again (since I can’t type a number as the ST mobile app crashes, I’ve reported this bug a few months ago) and then it works fine for a few months and then suddenly one day it’ll that the recipients are all blank for all 3 modules.

This is on iOS, it’s been happening for over year now.
