I’ve been having an issue with home monitor where it won’t save a “send text message” recipient in security response. As soon as I exit out and go back in it’s blank again. All of the other settings seem to save appropriately.
It is a known problem. If you want it to get fixed report it to customer service. The more people that complain the more likely they will fix it.
