I found a deal for some motion sensors and open close that run on Z-wave.
I am having trouble connecting them.
I was sent here and told these are possible to get working I just don’t know how.

Your sensors run off of a Zigbee protocol which is compatible with SmartThings, but not all devices have been tested/integrated completely, which unfortunately both of your devices fall under.
If you are talking about the Visonic MCT-340 E take a look at the link below. I have 2 and they have been working great. I originally paired using the handler Tyler posted then later swapped them to the smartsense open/close hanlder Navat suggested to use. I also bought some of the motion sensors but haven’t rigged them up yet.
