Lots of things have there own integration with Alexa, but I have found enabling that clutters the device list with lots of duplicates which are hard to sift through, as such I prefer to integrate with Smartthings and then pick of the device from that integration. With Bond Home I have 4 fans, they are added to smartthings and working perfectly. When they get pulled into Alexa, they show up as switches for the fan and light for the light and work, but you can throttle the speed or dim the light. I switched the fan to a light (thinking it may be like the GE controller), it still works, but it doesnt show as dimmable. Is there something missing in the device setup that prevents the Bond Home devies from being seen as dimmable?
