Big problem with New Smarthings App - Doesn’t load devices but I get notifications

Huge problem for the past week with my new Smarthings app - it doesn’t show devices or scenes or rooms BUT the notifications and automations are working. I am connected to Home Kit and that integration works. What could be wrong??? Please help. Same with my wife - who is secondary on account.

I have the latest iOS version.

Check if you may have more than one Home Location. If you do, simply switch to the other location in the app. If you do not have an additional location, sign out/sign in to the app.

Contact ST support if you continue having the issue.

doesn’t look like thats the issue. I did connect with ST support. Will see what they see. Cannot believe how choppy the performance is.
