Continuing the discussion from Beta - 61.X Hub Firmware and Edge Driver Release Notes:

Hello Dev Team,

I am using “smart home” implementation for 5+ years, but I am new to smart things, however I have few Samsung devices with Hub functionality that I want to utilize and I hit a wall with incomplete documentation. I cannot find any appropriate documentation how some functionalities should be used - even Claude get confused :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Lack of documentation combined with bad interface and wrong messages in the app creates a lot of frustration for end users.

It will be great to create Enhancement Request and your product owner to review your documentation/or lack of it/ and messages that generates by the app.

This is a simple example how confusing and misleading your message can be - as you well aware there is no such thing as Apple app, and based on Apple documentation - Apple Thread network credentials are stored in the iCloud keychain and you must invoke it and after user consent to use it.
If community software as Home assistant can do it, I am sure you can do it as well.

Another very frustrating functionality of the app itself is gesture control. As you app is structured in multiple sub level menus - click on device 3 dots - settings then select something then something again and in any of this sub screens “back” gesture which is native for iOS is not working as intended - if you use it you go to initial device screen instead of previous screen/menu. You must use back arrow on the top to navigate which is contra-intuitive and doesn’t follow any UI logic.

I am sorry if this is not the right place for suggestions/feedback - feel free to move it to correct place.

I really hope that your product owner will pay some attention - as on the end of the day that is a commercial product which can benefit from proper documentation.
