In 2015 I bought a Linear FS20Z dry contact relay to control my garage door opener. I also used a Monoprice tilt sensor. The relay lasted until this last summer when it totally failed. I only paid $35 for it, but I would have expected it to last longer.
What is a good relay today that doesn’t cost $90 such as the FortrezZ product?

You can find a bunch of them discussed on this topic:
I ended up removing my FortrezZ Mimolite because it kept having problems, so I went with the Linear opener. If price is your focus, take a look at the Qubino Flush 1D Relay that’s in the link RBoy posted. Their site even includes how to use it with a garage door.
