Hi,
I installed one of these today to a ceiling light in the basement, and it works reasonably well.
By default the switch installed with the Z Wave Switch Generic.
Can anybody offer a suggestion for a better device handler?
One issue I am having is this:
The apps (Smartthings and Action Tiles) only correctly report on/off status if I just use the app to turn it on/off.
If I use the pre-existing wall switch, the apps do not reflect the changing status of the light, but the light turns on/off correctly.
Any thoughts?
Did I wire it incorrectly?
Just need a different DH?
Is this just the way it is supposed to work?
Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
