BeSpoke Washer-Dryer Combo not tracking monthly, weekly, daily energy usage

I have been in communication with customer support for over six months without any resolution. My BeSpoke Washer Dryer Combo fails to accurately track total energy and water usage. While the machine displays the totals at the end of each cycle, it does not retain or total this data, resulting in zeros when I check the monthly totals in the SmartThings app or on the machine itself.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, customer support has provided no effective help. Each time I call, I am subjected to the same troubleshooting steps, only for my ticket to be escalated to a technical support team that responds with a no-reply email containing the exact same steps I’ve already completed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt and effective solution to my problem.
