SmartThings energy use randomly stopped

Hi all,

I have a washing machine and dryer which both were reporting their energy use absolutely fine in the iOS SmartThings app until last week. Now they don’t report any energy use (always says 0), and any historical data I had is also gone by the looks of it.

I have tried removing and adding the devices again, as well as removing the app and installing again. None of this has worked.

If anyone can help or has any ideas that would be appreciated. Thanks!

I can’t see energy application anymore on my smartthing devices list. I don’t know if there is any other way to find the energy monitoring for washing machine and tumbled dryer.
