Battery level of sensors not updating

Ive noticed all my devices that would utilize a battery (motion & contact), their battery levels never update \ change. I usually dont realize a device is dead until it stops working.

I typically monitor my devices via actiontiles and just realized all my device battery levels have been the same for months.

Any thoughts?

What are the brand and models for those devices? Are you using custom Device Handlers? Which hub do you have?
