I just bought a 65” frame tv, and the art mode doesn’t work.
I’ve tried Night Mode, and it turns off after a few minutes even during the day time
I’ve tried turning night mode off, using motion sensor, and setting inactivity time to 5 minutes but the art is still displayed and never turns off

This forum was set up a number of years ago so that SmartThings customers could help other customers with the SmartThings Home Automation system. It isn’t monitored by Samsung staff, except for moderating spam and harassment, and a small section for developer support.
For questions about Samsung appliances and televisions, you can usually get a quicker answer from the official help forum, which is staffed by Samsung employees. Sometimes they will just send you back over here if they think it’s a question about how to use the app, but it’s usually worth a try.
You can always come back here if they don’t get an answer for you, but unless there happens to be another customer with the same model who has run into the issue, the official forum is usually more helpful with the big ticket Samsung devices.
