Arlo live video in ST (Oct 2025)

I have four Arlo Pro 2 cameras connected through the hub VMB4000. They successfully appear in the SmartThings app, and I can control their power state as well as view the battery level. However, when I attempt to open any of them, the live video stream fails to load.
I have already tried a full reset, reinstalled the SmartThings app, and re-linked my Arlo account, but the issue persists.
What could be causing this behavior?

Have you contacted Arlo’s Customer Support?
Since this is a Cloud-Connected integration, they have control over the code used for the device’s functionalities.
In this case, when you click on the streaming section, SmartThings should send a request to the device and it should respond with the corresponding info to show the video.
So, it would be useful to know if they have some feedback about this.
