Arlo Integration not updating camera battery status

The status in SmartThings for my Arlo Cameras is no longer updating. After changing the battery in 3 cameras the Arlo app battery status for the 3 cameras updated to 100%, but for three days now the SmartThings app shows battery levels as they were prior to battery change. I have went into ST app “Linked services” and hit refresh for the Arlo devices, but apparently the refresh does nothing now. With this refresh in the past, it would take just a second or so but you could actively see it refresh the devices, and it would then update battery status. Now when you hit the refresh button nothing happens except the button turns grey for just a split second. Stumped what to try next?

Contact Arlo support. Vendors are responsible for their cloud->cloud integrations.

Don’t know if related, but since Monday Arlo was not sending alert messages to Smartthings. On their support group said was fixed yesterday and to unlink & relink the Arlo-ST integration (not just refresh) that worked for me and began working.
