Arlo Linked Service Not Working

Anyone having issues with the Arlo Linked Service? I am experiencing an issue where my Arlo camera
battery levels are not updating in SmartThings, so I went to the Linked Services page as a troubleshooting step. When I click on Arlo, a blank page comes up and just spins for a while and eventually sends me back to the Linked Services page. I can still control my cameras (at least view live feed and power on/off) from the SmartThings app.

Today we are launching a new version of our Arlo integration, which adds support for more Arlo devices, improves stability, and reduces latency for faster viewing of your camera or video doorbell clips. It is now accessible through the SmartThings app catalog. This is our first launch of an integration built in partnership with Arlo on SmartThings Schema. Yeah, saw that thanks. My issue is I can’t even get through the steps provided to “migrate” to the new integration. Admittedly though, I haven’t had the chance to fully wave through the entire thread of issues to see if anyone else had the same problem.
