Arlo camera battery status unknown for 1 of 2 cameras

I connected our 2 Arlo cameras to SmartThings in the new app and everything looked and worked fine for both cameras. After I changed the battery in one of the cameras, however, that camera stopped reporting its battery level. (It shows as 0% but I the rBoys app claims it’s returning “unknown.”) Any suggestions? Note that there is no “Refresh” option for an Arlo camera in the new ST app.

Same problem here @douglasl - I have 6 Arlo cameras, 2 different models, and they all have the same issue showing 0% in SmartThings. This didn’t used to be an issue but something changed over the past month or two.

Has this issue bien solved already?

I am looking for a outdoor and indoor camera anda It seems quite difficult yo choose one 100% compatible.
