Kinda surprised there’s been so many problems. My Aqara blind is still working fine.

Hi everyone. I’m new here and at first i’m sorry for my language :slight_smile:
I have smartthings hub v3 and I can’t pair with brand new aquara roller shade driver e1.
I try to do by qr code, by find nearby - nothing.
Status zigbee:
ZigBee * State: Functional

  • Version: 5.4.0
  • EUI:
  • Channel: 15
  • Node ID: 0000
  • Pan ID: 0041
  • OTA: enabled for all non-light devices
  • Unsecure Rejoin: true
    I can’t find new product.
    Of course I do this via smartthings app on my phone, press 5 sec reset on driver.
    Flash (speed) on blue about 1 minute … and nothing.
    Driver is brand new - never installed, configured etc.
    Have you any ideas?

My Aqara blind motor arrived last night, was able to pair to Smartthings ok.

Attempted to get it working today using the DH code that Paul put on here, and changed the type to match Zigbee Window Shade Battery.

I can see the controls on Smarthings now, but when I press up, down or pause, nothing seems to be being sent to the device.

The Live logging is just showing open, close or pause, no debug…not sure where to turn that on.

Hopefully someone can give me some pointers, I’m generally technical enough to work these things out, but think I’m missing some basic concepts on this one?

Does yours respond correctly in the app etc?
I got another from Amazon to test. Tried the custom
App, tried an edge driver.
Dead as a dodo. Nowt!

Works by voice but not with ST

Can you tell us exactly what yours is paired as?

It paired as a Thing, then I added the custom DH and changed it to that in the IDE

I’m having same issue…

Found this other Repo… But it doesn’t stop once you press the button…

How did you pair them with ST? Was it without an aqara hub?
