[Alpha] Mutable DTHs - Declutter Activity Feed

With a growing Smart Home, I noticed that my Activity Feed would get very cluttered, even a small change would add a new entry to the Feed. To help this, I decided to add granular controls to the DTHs as far as what was displayed. It won’t change the frequency of events being displayed, just what’s seen on the “Activity Feed” and “Recently” Feed. New devices will be added often. I will also take requests.
