All My Devices Disappeared :(

This morning I was trying to add a virtual device through the IDE and kept getting an error message. Now all my devices are missing in the app. However, they’re still showing as online in the IDE.

Check for multiple locations in the app

Sign out of the app and sign back in

Did that too. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted the hub.

Best to contact ST support at this point.

Were you able to create a virtual device earlier? If yes, maybe delete it and see if other devices return

I wasn’t able to create the virtual device. Kept getting an error message.

Sadly, support isn’t open.

I am able to re-add some devices. Oddly, some show as being offline, but I can still control them.
