Interesting to hear this. I have had problems pairing ZWAVE devcies as well. In my case the issue is with Inovelli Red Series Switches. (I have this type of switch already connected to my Gen 1 hub) and I cannot connect new devices. @Technodad - Do you also have a Gen1 hub ?

Yes, I have Gen 1, and I’ve been wondering if that is part of the problem. I have a Gen 3 already, but I haven’t had the time / energy to unpair and migrate all my devices and re-create my automations and scenes.

Try excluding the device, then try to pair :slight_smile: Are you a custom device handler? If yes, open it in IDE and Publish for me, then exclude and try to pair.

I did exclude, refresh all DTH’s, and then try to include. Nothing changed. It didn’t work. Still see it in the log. It just never gets adopted in the app.
