Aeotec Smart Switch 7 power usage not updating

I just got the Aeotec Smart Switch 7 (Smart Switch 7; Z-Wave smart plug that's smallest and safest) and added it to my Smartthings V3 hub. On/Off works fine but the Power usage does not update. It only updates when I turn it on in the Smartthings app.

I have another smart outlet from Samsung Smartthings (now discontinued) where the power usage updates fine.

I tried factory resetting the Switch with no luck. Anyone knows what the problem is?

As an update to this. I heard back from Aeotec support and they say that they are aware of the problem and that they have passed it on to Smartthings. But no solution yet.
